Under the Free Warranty
1. It is totally free of charge, but the returnning shipping cost need to be prepaid by the customers, money will be refunded once we confirm the defective unit is under Free Warranty coverage.
Free Warranty does not cover any damage due to accident, abuse, misuse, negligence, improper voltage supply, unauthorized repair, modification, alteration or lightning strikes.
2. When request for maintenance services, customers should remain its original assemblage, customers should not disassemble the products without our permission or authorization, otherwise, customers will sustain the services charge.
3. If the customer submit a product which is damaged seriously, and certified by our engineer that either no way to repair or not worth to repair, this product will be certified as abandonment and we will replace it with a brand new one.
Out of Free Warranty's Coverage or Free Warranty Expired
Customers need to pay the back and forth postage, service charge, accessories cost and any other extra cost may be occurred.
Any customers need maintain services, please submit a RMA report to our sales representative and this report should be sent with the defective product to Shenzhen Toughsty Technology Co., Ltd later.
How to complete a RMA delivery?
Unless special requirement, don’t attach any accessories with the product, If need so, please contact us to make a reservation attached with detailed list, otherwise, we has no responsibility to any loss in this matter.
How to submit a RMA Report?
1. Check if It is Magic Tech’s or Toughsty Tech's production carefully before any submission.
2. Product model number, series number, product name, and malfunction phenomenon should be described clearly in the report, since it will be more convenient for our engineer to provide proper maintenance service quickly.
RMA Maintenance Period:
After the day we received your product, it will be repaired within 20 working days, time consumption during shipping is excluded. But it’s except and negotiable for special cases.
